Nomination Process:
Sgh(warsaw school of economics=Szkoła Główna Handlowa) seçilen öğrencilerin nominasyonunu sitesinde online olarak yaptırtıyor. Yanı siz Sgh'ye gitmeye hak kazanmışsanız koordinatorünuz sgh'nın sıtesıne gırıp sızı online nominate(aday gösterme)etmesi gerekiyor. Nominate ederken sizin hakkınızda ki bilgileri forma doldurup nomine ediyor.Koordinatör formda bizimle alakalı temel bilgileri ve e-mail adresimizi doldurup kaydediyor.
Application Process:
Sgh, bizim e-mail adresimize yani koordinatörün nomine ederken verdiği e-mail adresine bir login ve password gönderiyor. Bu login ve password ile>> https://serwis.sgh.waw.pl/crpm-recruitment adresinden online application system'e giriyoruz. Burada bizim'le alakalı kısımları dolduruyor ve sisteme passportumuzda yer alacak fotografımızı, herhagi bir id card'ımızı(nufus cüzdanı yahut ehliyet) ve insurance card'ımızı(şengen ülkeleri için geçerli olan 30.000 euro teminatlı seyahat sağlık sigortası-Ben Kadıköy Vakıfbank şubesinde Güneş Sigorta ile 6 ay süreli yaptırdım ve 40 euro ödedim,bu sigortayı yaptırmak zorunlu çünkü vize başvurusu sırasında da bu sigorta gerekecek.) upload ediyoruz.
Online application formu doldurduktan sonra 2 kopya halinde print-out edip kendimiz imzalayıp, koordinatöre imzalatıp uluslararası ofisede muhürlettikten sonra 2 adet pasaport-sized fotoğraf ile beraber Sgh'ye gönderiyoruz.
Genelde diğer üniversitelerin application form ile birlikte başka belgeler istediğini biliyorum. Özellıkle Learning Agreement diğer tüm üniversitelere basvuru yaparken application form ile birlikte isteniyor. Fakat SGH app. form ile birlikte Learning Agreement istemiyor. Bu biraz garipti, şüphemi gidermek için karşı üniversiteye şunu yazdım>>
Hi,
I am a student from Turkey and I will be in Warsaw on second semester as an erasmus student.
I have already filled all spaces in your on-line application site and saved it. Also printed out 2 copies of application form.
Today I am getting these copies to my Erasmus coordinator and International office to be signed and sealed. Within a few days I will post them to your mailing address with my 3 passport-sized photography.
I am wondering if anything else i am supposed to do now for application?
Additionally Now I can not access/log in to Wirtualny Dziekanat to select courses which i will take in Warsaw. I enter my login and password, click accept then nothing happens but a white page coming..
How can i select my courses? Is there any deadline to select courses virtually?
Finally my last question is that what is the deadline to send my learning agreement to you and Is there any document which i have to send you?

Dear Hayati,
Signed and sealed application plus passport sized pictures is all I need for now. The password to register for courses is different one and you will receive it later. The first stage of course declaration will be probably in November. Here are the detail how the enrollment works:

The deadline for submitting Learning Agreements will be after 3rd stage in March.

Bu maili aldıktan sonra zaman kaybetmeden formları ve 2 fotografı SGH'ye gonderdim. Gönderi için PTT APS'yi kullandım.. İyikide etmişim; 48 TL ödedim ve ertesi gün evraklarım SGH'ya ulaştı.
